Here are the transformations you must perform to get this achievement. This can be done in any mode (Galaxy, Battle, etc.). You must finish the fight so it saves into the game. I did this by doing a team battle with 5 of the transformable characters at a time against one character for the computer. You can charge up and transform a character into all his transformations one after the other. The achievement popped after I defeated the computer in the battle.

(SS = Super Saiyan)
Goku - SS, SS2, SS3
Vegeta - SS, SS2, SS3
Goten - SS
Kid Trunks - SS
Gohan - SS, SS2
Broly - SS, Legendary
Bojack - Full Power
Cell - Imperfect, Complete, Perfect
Super Buu - Gotenks, Gohan
Gotenks - Super, Super2
Teen Gohan - SS, SS2
Trunks Teen - SS, SS2
Trunks Sword - SS
Future Gohan - SS
Vegito - SS
Cooler - Final Form
Frieza - 2nd, 3rd, Final, Full Power

Iv'e done all of these chacracters and still no achievement ?

Did you finish all the fights by knocking out the computer?

i have used these characters including the SS3 Broly and Vegeta and the Majin Form of Vegeta and Super Gogeta on both galaxy mode 1P vs CPU battle mode and team battle mode and I have knocked out the computer every single time is there a reason why the achievement wont unlock also i had the difficulty on weak for some fighters does that matter i have done the moajority on normal though???

I never changed the default difficulty for any of the matches. Try doing the battles with the default difficulty enabled.

All I did was transform all the characters I had on my team, then beat the computer. I did this multiple times, to get every character, then I got the achievement.

Hatchiyack also counts toward this achievement. It unlocked after I completed my first mission with him.

how do i do it properly on team battle do i just have to transform each character or do i have to deal damage to the computer in order for it to register and do i then go to the battle menu after the fight is over?

when you did it did you fuse goku and vegeta then kid trunks and goten after you finished the transform them and then transform vegeto and gotenks cos i think thats what i did wrong

I did not do any fusions. Maybe that is where the problem is. I would try using normal Vegeto and Gotenks without the fusions.

Any ideas? My achievement hasn't popped :( do I have to unlock all characters in galaxy mode first :(?

This is strange because this is the second achievement for this game that I seem to be having a problem with now, I just finished unlocking everyone and transforming all of the characters but nothing

ok so i just got the achievement i did all the transformation in galaxy mode and the 5 vs. 1 in 1p vs. cpu and didnt get the achievement but i have just finish galaxy mode with all the people too and i got this achievement so i think you need to play as everyone once then also do all the transformation

I just got the achievement after playing all the way through galaxy mode to my final character, Janemba. I won my first match with him and the chievo popped.

I just unlocked this by doing Ginyus first fight in Galaxy Mode, meaning this achievement isn't just for using the transformations.

So you need to use EVERY character at least once, i never started battles as a transformed character so if you start a fight as Goku you can just transform in every SSJ form to "complete" him.

The achievement popped right at the moment I won the fight and I only did the Galaxy Mode, 1P vs. CPU and only some Online battles, so I don't know if the Training Mode also counts for this achievement.
