How to unlock the Come Forth, Shenron! achievement in DRAGON BALL: THE BREAKERS - Definitive Guide

Just a tip on this: You don't actually have to be the one to gather all 7 Dragonballs for this one - but do need to be the person to summon Shenron. Once the balls are on the podium, whoever summons Shenron will be able to grant the wish. So if another survivor puts them in and gets attacked, you can summon Shenron to prevent the raider from doing so and have your wish granted. Or vice versa, if you are playing as a raider you can stop the survivors and summon Shenron yourself.

About two-thirds of the Raiders in the game as of writing have Dragon Balls scattered across the map. Collect them as either side and bring them to an altar to summon Shenron. Pick any wish you want, however Ultimate Change for Survivor and Free Evolution Level as Raider are recommended in most scenarios.
