How to unlock the Did You Think I'd Let You Get Away? achievement in DRAGON BALL: THE BREAKERS - Definitive Guide
This achievement is a mix between RNG and luck. I wasn't even sure if I was ever going to get this. It requires you to, as a raider, down 2 survivors in an area you're destroying. When you get into a match as a raider, you'll want to be looking for survivors and civilians to hunt down as eliminating them increases your evolution meter. After evolving for the first time, you'll be able to destroy and area by pressing both + to begin destroying an area. I would try seeing where survivors would flee first before starting an Area Destruction. If you don't get two survivors or any survivors downed at all, it's ok. After each evolution, you get to destroy a new area up to evolution Level 4, so you get up to 3 chances per game as a raider to get this.
This trophy is called "Did You Think I'd Let You Get Away?" and it requires you to destroy a section as the Raider which contains two survivors when it explodes.
This is really luck based unfortunately and there aren't any key tips I can provide which would guarantee the trophy.
While playing as the Raider, when you reach a new level, you'll have the ability to destroy a section with L1 + R1. When you press them, use the Right Stick to look around at the sections then press the Square Button to confirm which section to destroy.
While you're up in the sky, you can see little black ant looking specs moving around at certain distances. Those are the Survivors. That's one way to help determine where to go.
Something to try is to down a Survivor deep into an area and fly out in hopes that it will lure others in for the revive. Just wait several seconds after leaving and then destroy the city. A note, but not a tip, is that users with the Emergency Escape Device will count as being "downed" even though they aren't.
Other than that, destroy sections where the power key have been obtained, but not set. Same thought process as downed Survivors. Hoping the unset key will lure people to the area to set it and you can hopefully catch them in the blast.

Raiders can restrict Survivor movement by destroying sections of the map. If a Survivor is still in the area when the Area Destruction animation finishes, they will be downed and teleported back in bounds.
This achievement is easily the most annoying in the game as it relies on two separate people on the enemy team making the same mistake at the same time while you do something specific.
