While loading into a match as a survivor, on the screen with your teamin front of the raider, hold LT and choose one of the emotes from the radial menu that appears.

This trophy is called "Heya!" and it requires you to use an emote at any time.
The way to earn this is while loading into a match after the Online Match Briefing (where everyone is readying up).
On the VS screen, hold down L2 to bring up the Emote Menu and use the Right Stick to highlight an emote. Let go of L2 to use the emote and unlock the trophy.
