To get this you must interupt the Raider whilst they are finishing off another survivor. I recommend using the TRAP DEVICE. I got lucky and had a few bodies in one pile and chose to use the trap whilst covered by a smokescreen and when the raider came to finish off another survivor my trapped placed on the body interupted them.

The quickest way to do this is towards endgame when the Raider has leveled up; and most likely the survivors have started to group together to attack or revive one another.
A quick tell is when a downed ally begins to raise into the air as if they’re being forced choked by Darth Vader lol. This indicates the Raider is in the process of crushing your friend into bits by their energy. As they raise your friend into the air, activate your Dragon Change or an item like “Vegeta’s Gloves” to hit them and cancel the “Finish Off” process.
The Achivement should appear after successfully doing this.

Raiders have an action with downed Survivors called Finish Off. It's a short timed interaction that provides the Raider with Energy, so they will be doing it all the time. Interrupt this.
This can be annoying as more recent and popular Raiders such as Ginyu, Broly, and Black have extremely short interaction times for Finish Off. I suggest tailing a Freeza or Cell player from out of sight and interrupting them when they go to finish off someone.
