Fairly Easy to do achievement, getting to it is a bit annoying.
Each of the 5 "time rifts" will give you an egg, once you have all 5 eggs a story mission will pop up on your map, complete the mission and you are golden.
The 5 Rifts:
Capsule Corp: Beat Vegeta 3 Times, you will fight him I believe when you hit level 30, then 40, then 50. If you are a Saiyan race, you will fight him an extra time to get Super Saiyan skill. Bulma will then give you the egg.
Majin Buu's house: Give Buu enough food to pop out 6 kids. Here is a link for a good loop to get it done in less than an hour.
Frieza's Ship: Simply complete all the missions when prompted, Cooler will give you the egg when you have finished them all.
Guru's House: Gather all the dragon ball mission will be done once, you go in and talk to Guru, then you will complete them again, and Guru will give you the egg.
Hercule's House: Beat the Sayiaman Missions as well as all of Hercule's Missions which are basically do X amount of any type of quest or get a X hit combo.

I unlocked this without having to complete Hercule's missions. The Saiyaman crew gave me the egg after I completed all of their missions.
Also, this mission did not unlock for me until after I beat the story mode.

Considering how close you get to each of these while making your way towards "Over Here, Slowpoke...", it's worth noting that you can collect the eggs on different characters as all items are shared between your characters. Or, at least after making my second character, it seems you can, because the egg I have is in my second character's inventory.
EDIT: After collecting my second egg on my second character, I can confirm, the associated quest marker disappeared on my first character. You can complete these on different characters.

This is a special mission, and the only way to access it is by gathering the five "Time Distortion Eggs". These are gotten by doing the requirements for all 5 Large Rifts in Time. Once you have all 5, talk to the Supreme Kai of Time.
