How to unlock the Everyone, Lend Me Your Power! achievement in DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 - Definitive Guide
Easiest way to do this is making the instructors your mentor and just doing their initiation missions over and over. It doesn't take long roughly around 20 minutes per instructor. Another way is by making them your mentor and doing the extra missions.
EDIT 1 Once you have mastered all dual techniques you go talk to Oshi. You can check progress of the instructors in Play Data, there will be a bar on the right hand side next to their picture.

I've done the prerequisites for the achievement twice over now. I beat the game on my original character, got all dual ultimates (as well as their marks) excluding Hit, Zamasu and Bojack, and spoke to Oshi who did indeed acknowledge that I completed his task, gave me a hercule badge, and no achieve.
So I decided why not go ahead and just do all that again (including rebeating main story which I needed to do anyway as the final achieve for it also didn't pop) on a new character, even finished off Extra Story completion in the process and was very careful to make sure I was getting all marks as I went. Talked to Oshi, who yet again recognized what I had done, gave me a badge....and nothing.
I don't have the heart to try it again, but atleast I DID manage to get 2 different achievement I needed in the process, so I am happy enough with that. This is the last buggy achievement I needed, all others thankfully popped, so I'm probably just going to let bygones be bygones at this point and be glad I only have one glitched achievement in my list instead of the several I had before.

Aight so really not hard, common mistake lots have is forgetting that you need to also beat the base game story (and maybe the time eggs or whatever) on the character you are trying to get the achievement on before you can talk to Oshi for ANY OSHI RELATED ACHIEVEMENTS so, if you're like me and have multiple lvl 80+ characters, you got annoyed when Oshi wouldn't give you the lvl99 achievement.
To clarify; any achievement that requires you to speak to Oshi, also requires you to beat the base game first and then talk to Oshi once the requirements for the achievement has been met
Whether it's this achievement, or the Lvl 99, or the one for collecting figures, you must complete the base games story before Oshi will give you the achievement.
Hope that makes sense and helps anyone

Easiest and simplest way to do this is make the character your instructor and then keep doing and redoing his first mission ( initial test ), don’t do the whole mission , just enter and leave and keep doing it and it should take around 5-10 min for each instructor and probably even less .
Once you maxed friendship with your instructor, just talk to him and he would give you his DUAL ULTIMATE .
once you got all the DUAL ULTIMATES go talk to oshi ( you can find him next the stairs that lead to shenron where you can wish ) and then you get the achievement.
Warning : GOHAN & VIDEL give 2 DUAL ULTIMATES .
Warning : you don’t have to gauge up the DUAL ULTIMATE bar , you just need to earn the DUAL ULTIMATE.

Simple enough. All you have to do is just max out the mentors friendship bar and talk to them for the dual ultimate. The fastest way to do this is going in the Tokipedia/Extra story and doing vidals vexation a few times for every mentor.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The fastest way to do this mission is knocking the enemy back and spamming vanishing ball (pq 58 to get it)

As the description states, Hit, Bojack, and Zamasu don't count for this trophy. In addition to them, Fu also has a Duel Ultimate granted at 80% completion of the Tokipedia which also doesn't count.
You likely will have some already maxed out from the main game when you were doing the PQs. You can take your mentor into those missions x2 for a nice boost, then when you return from the mission make sure to talk to them for a further boost. Alternatively, you can do their initiation test over and over.
Extra Pack 2 greatly speeds this up as each mission equals 20% friendship. Below are the amount of times a character is required to be used to 100% the new story content and how much boost it results in.

Android Assault on History, the first story path mission on the Time Patroller route, is a quick mission if not using Goku/Android 18/Broly/Bardock, so do that one to get anybody who doesn't end up maxed by the new story content up to 100%.
Note: Whis, Cooler, Android 16, Future Gohan, and Bardock are required and they are DLC instructors. Thankfully, the Mentor Pack they are in is free to download.
