How to unlock the Hello! achievement in DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 - Definitive Guide

This will be done just playing through the game and you'll get this very early on in the game. After the mission where Captain Ginyu steals Vegeta's, Goku's, and Trunks body go to the Transfer Shop Clerk and travel to Resort District. Talk to Kame's House Reception answering yes to whatever it asks and it should bring you inside the house unlocking the easy achievement.

I made it to the House but it didnt unlock. Is there something else I need to do? (For what its worth, I did this during the Freiza Event. Maybe thats screwing it up?)

Kame House can be found in the area high up where you can find Yamcha for his Turtle Stone missions. You'll have to through the Namek Saga in story mode first, so that you unlock the ability to use the Multiplayer Lobby.
Kame House works as a single place for you and your teammates to congregate in one area and play PQ's together.
