Simply complete PQ 118-122 **Ultimate Finish is not required for the achievement**

Ultimate Finish Requirements:

PQ 118:
-Clear with Beerus's health over 50%
-Defeat Golden Frieza and the others

PQ 119:
- Clear in under 9 minutes
-Defeat Great Ape Nappa

PQ 120:
-Defeat all Jiren's before one leaves
-Defeat Beerus, Whis & Jiren

PQ 121:
-Clear in under 8 minutes
-Defeat Fu and the others

PQ 122:
-Defeat all enemies (including Beerus)
-Defeat Beerus and the others

These are all fairly easy if your character is at Lv. 99. PQ 122 however can still be difficult due to the amount of enemies and the time limit.
