Ok, so I'm writing this guide since, when I needed the achievement, all I found were generic and pointless hints ("start doing quests and soon or later... " "keep playing and at some point...") so this guide will tell you exactly what you need for every race.
I assume that you already finished the story with your first race, so you should already have at least one of these transformations.
Most importantly, beating the game allows you to interact with a character on the second floor of the recruiting area. He will give you the super soul "40 ton weights!", who gives you bonus exp points after each quest and speeds up the process of leveling.
So, create your new character, give him the best equipment and moveset unlocked with your main character (note: you can't give the same equipment/soul to two characters, so take them off the previous one before equipping them to the new) and go on.
SAIYAN
You must interact with Vegeta at the Capsule Corporation and do three spars with him. When you reach level 40, he will tell you to speak with Bulma and Trunks and will give you the final quest to unlock Super Saiyan.
NAMEK
You need to interact with Nail at the Guru's house. No, you don't need to do all the Guru's quests. As a matter of fact, you just need to do three of them and reach level 35. Then Piccolo will show up, tell you to speak with Nail and Dende and teach you the Turn Giant transformation.
MAJIN BU
Same as Namek, you must interact with Bu at his house and feed him until he has three sons and says he's tired. (just buy tons of water, you need about 30 waters for each son). Then again, reach level 35 and he will teach you Purification.
EARTHLING
Interact with Hercule at his house, then with Great Saiyaman in his courtyard. Then guess what? Right. Do three quests with Great Saiyaman, reach level 35 and he will teach you the Nimbus transformation (after some more talk with Hercule and Jaco) .
FRIEZA RACE
This is by far the real pain in the *ss, as you need to go across THE WHOLE Frieza's spaceship quest. That includes: sneak in, get into the Zarbon/Dodoria thing, then Ginew, then Frieza, Cooler, back to Frieza for 4 quests and finally he will turn Golden. At that point you must rebel to him, do another quest and he will teach you the Golden transformation.
To unlock this i literally had to finish the main story again, and after that i still needed a couple PQs to get some more experience and get level 67.
I made a screenshot of my final roster so i can show the final level requirements. Out of the saiyan, I stopped using the remaining characters after i unlocked their transformation (they have a couple levels more, since they earned them in the transformation quest)
Just for information, with the 40 tons soul equipped, you reach level 35 in the end of the Cell saga. I used a Ki build to end the quests faster.

If I have to be honest, this seems like a lotta work. and I'm not saying that's bs or anything like that, it's just that it's too much work for me. But I'll just do it the best I can for this. So yea, wish me luck :)
P.S. I already know how to play certain cac races (female Majin, sometimes male Earthling, female earthling and female Saiyan), so it might takes time for me to know how to play other cac races such as Namekian and Frieza race

I found out a lot of people had the same problem with this achievement ( it glitches at 80% ) basically what u wanna do is obtain everything single transformation in xenoverse 2 .
I already had all of them except for SSGSSE which is the hardest since you need to be lvl 95 and have maxed friendship with whis .
Once u get all transformations in xenoverse 2 which are : ( kaioken , potential unleashed , SSG , SSGSS , SSGSSE , future super saiyan , super vegeta , purification , turn golden , super saiyan , become giant , power pole pro , beast ) .
Therefore there is a total of 13 transformation ( SSG(male) and SSG(female) count as one ) .
You can view how to get each one of the standard ones in the guide above .
The other ones can be obtained using any race .

Awoken skills are special abilities, most of which are unique to each race (super saiyan for saiyans, gold form for Frieza race, etc.). As such, you can't earn a race-related awakening skill unless you are part of that race. For this achievement, you must obtain all race-exclusive skills as well as two skills that everyone can use. To do this you will have to create multiple profiles and essentially play through the game multiple times. Once you obtain the skill for your race, you can stop playing and create a new profile for another race (unless you're a saiyan, in that case you still have to get the three transformations mentioned below). Here is how to get each skill:
The following skills ARE exclusive to a certain race.

Saiyan
SSJ: Train with Vegeta at Capsule Corp when you're level 40 and after the second fight you'll get the SSJ skill.
Super Vegeta: Defeat Vegeta at the Capsule Corp for the final time when you reach level 60.
SSJ (Future): Clear the secret storyline (see "Defiance in the Face of Despair!!").

Human
Nimbus: When you're level 35, keep doing the Great Saiyaman missions at Hercule's house until you get the transformation.

Majin
Purification: When you're level 35 and feed Buu enough so that he has 3 kids, talk to him and he'll fight you. When you win you'll get the purification skill.

Namekian
Giant: When you're level 35, do about 4 or 5 of Nail's missions at Guru's house until Piccolo gives you a mission where you have to fight him to get the skill.

Frieza race:
Gold form: Keep doing Frieza missions at Frieza's ship. When you're level is around 50 - 60, you'll be able to do missions where you rebel against Frieza (when you have the option to do this, do so). Eventually you'll get a mission where you're taught the gold form skill by Cooler and Frieza.

The following two skills are NOT exclusive to a certain race, [color=#FFFF00]but are still required for this achievement:[/color]
Kaioken: Do Parallel Quest 8 "Invade Earth" and make sure Nappa survives so you can fight revived Goku. When you beat the mission you should get Kaioken, but if not redo the PQ.
Potential Unleashed: Earn a Z rank on all of the advancement tests at the Orange Star High School. The best way to get Z ranks is to finish the mission while transformed in a quick amount of time while taking as little damage as you can.
The following skills ARE exclusive to a certain race.

This trophy will take up a good deal of your time. In order to achieve it, you have to create a character from each race and play long enough to get their Awoken Skills.
Each race has a set of requirements to achieve this. First off, with every race make to sure to play story mode AT LEAST through the Namek Saga. From there, it depends on the race you're using:
Majins: First you need to feed Buu enough so that he makes 3 kids. After that, you need to reach Level 35 and he'll give you the mission for the "Purification" Awoken Skill which allows you to turn into a palette swapped Kid Buu.
Namekians: First, you need to complete 3 Dragon Ball missions for Nail. After that, you need to reach Level 35 and Piccolo will show up. He'll task you with talking to Nail and Dende then him again, and he'll give you the mission for turning into a Giant Namekian.
Humans: You'll need to take on the Great Saiyaman missions as normal, but once you hit Level 35, they'll give you a mission to use Nimbus and the Power Pole.
Saiyans: This will require you to do Vegeta's missions at Capsule Corp. as normal, but once you hit level 40, during the third time you fight Vegeta, he'll tell you to talk to Bulma and Trunks. He'll agree to teach you how to turn Super Saiyan. As an added bonus, if you wait until Vegeta wants to fight you AGAIN, if you beat him, he'll reward you with the Super Vegeta Awoken Skill.
Frieza Race: This is the one that'll take the most work. You'll have to join Frieza's army, and work your way up to becoming his right hand man. From there, you'll be tasked with several missions in helping him train and complete the training (when he turns into Golden Frieza)...all the while you have to reach level 67, and Frieza will finally teach you how to go Golden as well.
Alternatively: While going for "Turn Golden", you can choose to join Cooler instead. The missions are generally the same. Instead you'll be training him until he becomes Meta-Cooler. You'll still have to reach level 67 and complete his tasks.
NOTE: There is a Super Soul that can make your life a little easier here. It's called "40 Ton Weights". It'll give you double XP, allowing you to level up faster.
NOTE 2: As of a recent 2018 update, it has become even easier to level up, over near the PQ kiosk, in the forest area, you'll find a Namekian named Tosok. You can pay him Zeni and TP Medals to go up one level. The leveling is as follows:
Lvl 1 - 10 500 Zeni, 4,500 Total
Lvl 11 - 20 1,000 Zeni, 9,000 Total
Lvl 21 - 30 2,500 Zeni, 22,500 Total
