Easiest way to unlocking this Achievement!
I have a heap of friends asking me how I got this achievement, and to be honest, it is really simple.
All you need to do is just do a heap of PQ's to unlock the moves from there. You can also buy them at the Skills shop once you are able to. You are also able to use your TP Medals in the TP Medal shop just on the other side of the Shopping District next to the Conton City Information Centre (CCIC). This is basically the easiest way of unlocking them. If you happen to have 7 dragon balls, you can then summon shenron and wish for "I wish for a New Ultimate Attack" or "I was for a new Super Attack" as these give you Hit's main moves.
Doing this again will unlock more except I have no clue what they are as I haven't tried getting anything else from Shenron.

Do the moves wich you get from the trainers also count?

Pretty self explanatory. You'll need to collect 50% of all the skills in the game. Unlike the first game, this is nowhere near as daunting. You can buy a good deal of skills from the Skills Shop or the TP Medals shop, especially once you finish story mode. Skills will also be dropped from PQ's and you'll gain 4 each from every Instructor.
