How to unlock the That Stone Might Be a Decoy! Let Me Check It achievement in DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 - Definitive Guide
After you finish all the training missions with Yamcha, a message will occasionally pop up after completing missions that says "Yamcha is offering a special class in the Resort District/Kame House". When that message pops up you can find him on the southernmost island on the map next to the Kame House with a yellow diamond above his head. His training session consists of picking up the blue orbs around the city which will contain turtle stones.
The fastest way I found to get the class to pop up is to just do the initiation test for Krillin repeatedly. I was able to finish that mission in about 5-10 seconds a piece. I had to complete it around 10-30 times before the message would pop up again. I noticed I only got Yamcha's special class whenever i did Krillin's missions instead of both popping up.
If you still need the achievement for Krillin's training sessions as well I would recommend doing the Raditz initiation test instead for them both to have a chance to pop up.
Edit: Thanks to Philip Andrews for pointing out that all 10 training sessions must be done on one character to earn this achievement

THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS DRIVING ME INSANE!
I won't give a negative vote because this is genuinely the fastest way to complete a mission, the Yamcha missions just refuse to pop up for me, I've done Krillin's initiation test AT LEAST 100 times now and not once has Yamcha's missions popped up

Yea this is just basically for someone who wants to either get them done relatively quick or is their last achievement left like it was for me

How to unlock this Achievement!
Basically this guide is useless, but I decided to do it since no one else has.
When a message shows up saying "Yamcha has a Special training open" or something special. Fly up to Kame House just East of the TMS (Time Machine Station) and you will see Yamcha standing there with a weird Japanese Kanji on his head which I have no idea what it means but yeah. Just talk to him and he will through a different amount of Turtle Stones around Conton City. What you need to do is find them and fly back to Yamcha. Then talk to him and you will complete 1 of them. There are a total of 10 of these sessions which the achievement description discusses quite obviously enough.
Anyways, I hope this helped. If it didn't, just type a comment up and I will find an easy way to do this.

Giving you a positive to make up for that negative someone left, as there was no guide before
At least you didn't just post a video with just a minute marker

These are the Turtle Stone missions that Yamcha gives you. You'll first have access to them once you complete your first Challenge Quest for Elder Kai. These are RNG based, so they pop up completely at random.
These are extremely easy. Yamcha will throw a set of Turtle Stones and you'll have to fly around Conton pick up the little blue orbs you see lying around. Half the time 2 or 3 of them are in the same area with Yamcha.
It may not be the same for you...but the RNG on these missions was HORRIBLE for me. They rarely showed, unlike Krillin who was rather constant.
TIP: While you're playing story mode, both of these seem to pop up more often, so instead of pressing "Next" to go to the next story mission...back out to the time nest after every mission and see if a new one has popped up. This will be a little tedious, but the problem is, if one does pop up and you decide to do something else...you'll miss it, making it take longer.
