Finish the story just past the sayian threat. You will be told about the time miniatures that take you to locations like gurus house freeza's ship... yada yada, and how to get to them.
You want to go to hurcules house. There you will find the great saiyamen and company. Talk to them, agree to join them, Complete the first mission.
Go about playing the game and you'll get notifications that something is happening at hurcules, go and complete another mission.. repeat until done.

In the same area where you find Hercule, you'll see Great Saiyaman, Great Saiyaman 2 and Jaco. Talk to them, and agree to join them and become Great Saiyaman 3. Every so often, you'll get a message saying there's something going on a Hercules House, you'll get missions from Great Saiyaman to undertake. You'll have to complete all of them to get this trophy.
