To unlock the Super Class test you must first Z-Rank all previous advancement tests: Easy, Intermediate, Advanced, Kai and God.
Upon doing so you will be told that you now have access to a special test which is the Super Class test where you will fight Pan, Jaco, Broly and Beerus.

Is this achievement buggy? I swear I should've unlocked it a while ago when I did these classes.

Next to Old Kai is a robot that occasionally lets you take tests. Getting Z rank on all the class tests will unlock the Super Class test. The Super Class test only needs to be passed, does not need to be Z rank.
Tips for getting Z rank.
Perform as many accolades as you can. Getting three throws, 20 ki blasts, and 20 hit combos are very easy to do ones to help increase your score. Finishing with above 80% health, landing 5 and 10 ultra attacks are others to try for too.

New to Xenoverse 2 are Advancement Tests, which you can find by talking to the Advancement Test Desk Robot standing next to Elder Kai right in front of Orange Star High School in the Business District (right behind the area where your Instructor Stands). If you press 
and go to "Play Data", you can see a meter which tells you what Class you're in, as you complete story missions, Expert Missions, PQ's, Instructor missions or special training with Krillin and Yamcha, this meter will raise. Once it's full, you'll be allowed to take a test to move on to the next rank. The tests generally consist of you fighting the current Instructors available around Conton at the time. The meter raises rather fast and the tests themselves aren't that difficult to pass so you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
The ranks are as Follows:
Easy - Award: 500 Zeni, Skill: Energy Charge
Intermediate - Award: 1000 Zeni, Skill: Super Back Jump
Advanced - Award: 1500 Zeni, Skill: Full Power Charge
Kai - Award: 2000 Zeni, Skill: Super Front Jump
God - Award: 2500 Zenu, Skill: Maximum Charge
Super - Award: 3000 Zeni, Costume: Time Patroller Suit, Awoken Skill: Potential Unleashed
Now these do serve a very important purpose. As you progress through the story, you'll start unlocking more Instructors to use (more on them further into the guide). The further you go, the higher class you need to be to take certain lessons from your Mentors.
For this particular trophy to pop though, you MUST Z Rank the previous Advancement Tests (you can replay them at any time), once you do the Super Class Test will become available, all you need to do is pass it (don't need to Z rank it) to get this trophy.
