How to unlock the You're Number 1! achievement in DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 - Definitive Guide

You can start working towards this achievement once the time rift location "Capsule corporation" becomes available. You need to do some level up, and at some point, Vegeta will start offering the mission "Sparring with Vegeta". Complete the first three (easy, intermediate and advanced) and the achievement will pop.

Once you reach level 30, you get a message about an event at Capsule Corp. It's Vegeta's sparring unlocked.

I did all three and the achievement hasn't came through.

Updating if someone needs it 3 fights if you are of any other race and have lv>40, 4 fights if you are a Saiyan and have lv>50

For this you'll have to face Vegeta 4 different times. The rate at which Vegeta calls for you, can take some time...so just keep doing other things and he'll eventually call for you.
