This achievement is acquired by completing any Parallel Quest within the game. From the spawn on logging into the game, head into the lobby, then go towards the right and multiple NPC's should say either Online Parallel Quests or Offline Parallel Quests. Head to the Offline section(not a lot of people play online anymore) and select the very first one from the ALL section for easy completion.
