How to unlock the Ginyu Force Training achievement in DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE - Definitive Guide
I found a way how to do every trainer achievement in like 30-45 minutes !!!!
First of all you must have unlocked Parallel Quest 43.(i think you unlock this bye completing story missions)
second equip the move(s) you got for your trainer and take him twice with you on PQ 43...
You dont need to hit anything or do any of his tricks.
All you need to do is collect the 3dragon balls and the mission is over (takes like 30-60second)
Keep doing this mission over and over and your progress for your trainer will go up really fast :) !!!
Doing this method i lvl up 3 trainers to MAX in about 2 hours...
Here is a video of someone doing it (exept he is not taking his trainers with him like you schould do )

Training with Ginyu: Beat the first half of the Frieza Saga and reach level 15.
Quest 1 – Reduce Ginyu's health to a certain amount
Reward: Fighting Pose F
Notes:
Quest 2 – Defeat opposing team.
Reward: Fighting Pose A
Notes: You, Ginyu and Guldo must defeat Recoome, Jeice and Burter
Quest 3 – Reduce Ginyu's health to a certain amount
Reward: MilkyCannon
Notes: You will fight in 3 individual fights against Burter, Jeice and Ginjyu, in that order.
Quest 4 – Defeat all Ginyu Force members and reduce Ginyu's health to a certain amount
Reward: Body Change, "Let me show you how it's done..."
Notes: You begin the fight facing off against Guldo. A few seconds in Burter joins, then Jeice, and then Recoome. Shortly after that, Ginyu enters the battle. At this point you have all 5 members of the Ginyu Force fighting against you at the same time. You cannot KO Ginyu or single him out to finish the mission early; you must KO all the other members first.
Quest 5 - Sparring (optional)
Reward: "Aren't I nice?!"

Notes:
Ive been able to go through trainers from start to finish in less then 2 hours each. Not doing any story missions, and not trying to level up.
Equip every move they give you, and then go to a PQ and choose them for both allies. Do their moves as much as possible. If you have Super Saiyan, just keep spamming their moves. Also use their move as the finishing move as often as you can.
After you do a few PQs pause, go to player data and hit LB to see your progress bar with them. It should be moving up (small amounts every 2-3 matches).
Here is Ginyu's full training video.

Requirements: Reach level 15+ and finish the first half of the Frieza Saga.
After meeting these requirements, when you enter the city check all 3 main areas for mentors (There's only ever a maximum of two) and speak to Captain Ginyu if you see him.
Log out and back in to speed up the process.
Speak to him for a test where you'll win Fighting Pose F.
Continue with the game or Parallel Quests and speak to them after each for more tests.
Second: Fighting Pose A.
Third: Milky Cannon
Final: Body Change and your trophy.
Note: Personally I found Ginyu to be the toughest of all mentors as you have to fight the entire Ginyu force in some tests, and this can be very difficult. Kill the members as fast as possible or they'll attack continually and leave you paralysed and taking lots of damage.
You are now free to change mentors.
