How to unlock the Beat The Illness achievement in Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection - Definitive Guide

This achievement is story related and cannot be missed.

This achievement is earned when the Fighters have to overcome a new group of foes. You'll then do battle with Android #19 as Goku. After which tables will turn and you'll engage a cutscene.

After this you'll pop this achievement and earn 15G!

This will unlock once you have defeated Android 19 as Goku and after clearing "A New Threat"
After the cut scene of Vegeta attacking 19 forcing him to release Goku then this will pop.

This trophy is story related and cannot be missed. - Playthrough One

This one is a little tricky as you will be fighting Android #19, but while fighting you will be losing health due to the heart disease. Spam Kamehameha and kick combos to finish the fight as fast as possible.
