Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection

If you're terrible like me simply choose Omega Shenron with default skills and spam forward B over and over again you should get a perfect or close to it every time.

In order to unlock the World Tournament Cell Games you have to first beat Dragon Universe Mode with every character and unlock the Dragon Arena. Also, you may have to beat the World Tournament on Advanced beforehand, but im not 100% sure on that. Now in Dragon Arena you will have to fight opponents that are level 51 - 55. If your lucky a message will pop up to inform you that "someone has suddenly broken in". If you were fighting opponents beetween level 51 and 55 it's going to be Cell, beat him and as a reward you'll get a capsule that unlocks the World Tournament Cell Games.

Note: Your character may not have to be between specific levels for a break-in to appear. However, the character you are playing with cannot be at a superior level than the character you are fighting. Also the "break-ins" are totally random, sometimes you'll spend an hour fighting and won't get a single one.

The way above is perfect for unlocking it. I just found the easiest character to do this with was Vegeta. With the combination of using, SSj, SSj2, Galic Gun, Big Bang Attack, and Babidi's Mind Control.

I would just normally punch the opponent from the go, as soon as available transform into SSj, this will guard break, repeat and get into SSj 2. Depending on your prefered tactic you can either combo and do some Galic Gun attacks which overall does not do well in tactics against some oponents, or pull your left trigger, enter rage mode and as soon as you can combo and pull your left trigger again to go into dragon rush.

With this in mind the AI will dragon rush constantly also so you will loose lots of health. This is where Babidi's mind control came into effect. As soon as your health bar drops down the the final bronze bar it will activiate if you get knocked down and dont get back up. If you are in a airborne fight this works really well as they are at a distance.

As soon as you are transformed, just -> B to use atomic blast. This move will almost remove an entire health bar form your oponent whoever they are. In the battle against Omega Shenron and Broly when they are powered up it is very hard to hit them up close this is where this tactic is perfect. Ocasionally your oponents will teleport behind you but just counter this and constantly spam Atomic Blast...IT is a cheap tactic but it earned me this achievement and also helped me beat Piccolo When he broke in to unlock the saibermen.

To unlock the cell games you must beat Cell.. you need to go into Dragon Arena... From my experience your character can be any level In order to get the achievement (i was told you had to be roughy level 24.. but thats not correct as i used a level 37 goku) BUT you must go against a character between level 50-55 to encounter Cell and you cannot be a higher level than that. Would recommend going into battle with a level 53 character as this is when cell tends to show up the most.. But like I said above your character can be any level as long as it is not higher than level 53... You could even be a level 8 to go against cell.. But I'd recommend to fight him at around level 24 + :)

The strategy I eventually use to beat cell was one a friend suggested to me so Jasonxmurder gets full credit for the following strategy...

To beat cell simply use goku as your character play.. Make sure you have all his abilities... Basically do a punch and kick combo until goku's ki is max then transform into super Saiyan 4... Once in this .. Simply keep spamming kamehamehas at your enemy when goku is a super Saiyan 4 his kamehamehas are x10 and will do 1000+ damage which is a whole bar of health e.g it will take your enemy from green health bar straight to orange... You can kill your enemy in literally 3 kamehamehas...

You can use the following strategy after you have beaten cell and unlocked the cell games.. However if you are struggling like a did with this strategy at this point.. Simply do as LT Ultimo suggests above and use Omega Shenron as he starts off with max ki.. Then simply spam his main move using forward on the d pad and the b button.. This solution worked a treat for me.

Other solutions involve using the Viral heart disease ... Personally I think the above strategies work better.. But viral heart disease basically makes it so both you and your Appomants health are constantly dropping.. Which I guess kinda gives you and advantage ... Some people say this is a good way ...

Overal I think the easiest method is to use Jasonxmurders strategy to beat cell then to use omega shenron to beat your enemies I'm the cell games...:) good luck
