How to unlock the Budokai 3 Goku's Family achievement in Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection - Definitive Guide

Pretty easy, to get Kid Goku, you either need to complete Broly's DU OR you can visit Grandpa's house (on the east of the map, north of Goku's house) after fighting Radditz in Goku's DU (you must do this before fighting Nappa) (I'm not sure if this works on the first playthrough, i always unlocked my Kid Goku with Broly's DU)

For the different Gohans, just play the DU of Gohan(S) (Completing Kid Gohan's DU will unlock Teen Gohan, and so on. You get the Great Saiyaman after finishing Adult Gohan's DU)

To get Goten, just beat him in Adult Gohan's DU.

Kid Goku - For Kid Goku, there are two ways for you to unlock him: first is you'll need to be playing Goku's story a 2nd time and after you beat Raditz you need to go to Grandpa's Gohan House located in the very east of the main continent and unlock him there, second is to finish Broly's playthrough.
Teen Gohan - Unlocks upon finishing Kid Gohan story mode
Gohan - Unlocks upon finishing Teen Gohan story mode
Great Saiyaman - Unlocks upon finishing Gohan's story
Goten - Unlocks upon finishing the 1st Battle in Gohan's story

Kid Goku: In Goku's DU. After you've killed Raditz, but before you'll kill Nappa, go to Grandpa Gohan's house. it's located in the east at the shores.

Teen Gohan: Finish Kid Gohan's DU.

Adult Gohan: Finish Teen Gohan's DU.

Great Saiyama: Finish Adult Gohan's DU.

Goten: After the first fight in Adult Gohan's DU.
