Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection

So this is a basic run-down of Tien's Dragon Universe:

Earth (Saiyan Saga)

1) Go to the Forest and there will be a small cutscene with Krillin in which you will get a level up.
2) Go to the plains near Hercule City and there will be another storyline cutscene
3) Go to Kame House and there will be another cutscene
4) Go to the plains near West City and you will have another cutscene and be rewarded with Tien's Dodompa move
5) Go to Kami's Lookout and you will automatically get another cutscene in which you will get another level up.
6) Go back to the plains near West City and you will meet Vegeta.
7) Stay at the plans near West City and it is time to battle a Saibaman and after this you will get the Chiaotzu's Wish capsule
8) Head to the mountains and there will be a couple of cutscenes of your friends being beaten up
9) Now head to the plains for your final part in the Saiyan Saga. A fight with Nappa. Beat him and it is off to the Android Saga as Tien was too lazy to go to Namek.

Earth (Android Saga)

1) Go to the plains near Hercule City for a cutscene
2) Head to Hercule City (Urban Area) for a cutscene where you meet an old friend
3) Go to Kame House and you will receive a random capsule
4) Head over to Kami's Lookout to gain Tien's Ultimate move capsule (Neo Ki Blast Cannon)
5) Make your way to the plains near West City for another cutscene
6) Now go to the next red marker to face your first battle of the Android Saga. Cell in his second form.
7) Make your way to the forest near West City for another cutscene
8) Now to finish the Android Saga head to the Cell Games Ring and enter to fight Cell Jr.

Earth (Buu Saga)

1) First head to Baba's Palace for a cutscene
2) Then go to South City for another cutscene
3) Next go to North City for a cutscene
4) Now it is time for your most challenging fight of Tien's storyline. Super Buu! Defeat Super Buu and the achievement is yours!
