This achievement really can't be missed as all of the characters needed are unlocked by naturally playing through the Dragon Universe mode with Goku and Vegeta.

Vegeta is unlocked by naturally playing through the Dragon Universe mode with Goku.

Kid Trunks and Future Trunks are unlocked by naturally playing through the Dragon Universe mode with Vegeta.

For some reason, I've beaten it with both Vegeta and Goku, and it only lets me play as the two Trunks characters in Dueling and WT, not Dragon Universe. :/

@SaucySelendrile not all characters are available in DU, some are only playable in the other modes
