This will unlock once you have defeated Cell using Piccolo for the first time and after clearing "A Wicked Omen"
After the cut scene of Cell using Solar Flare (Taiyoken) to escape this will pop.

This achievement is story related and cannot be missed.

During this part of the game you'll be introduced to a new villain, Cell. For this achievement you'll have to fight him as Piccolo and give him a good thrashing.

Upon finishing this battle you'll pop this achievement and earn 15G!
