This achievement is story related and cannot be missed.

During this time in the game you'll be participating in the Cell Games. For this achievement you'll be playing as Teen Gohan as he goes up against Perfect Cell. After witnessing the death of a peaceful, humanlike, Android #16 Gohan Explodes. The raging fire that lay dormant within him emerges into ANOTHER EPIC moment in DBZ history, Gohan becomes the first to properly ascend to Super Saiyan 2.

After continuing battle with Cell this achievement will pop and you'll earn 15G!

This will unlock after defeating Cell as Gohan after clearing "Gohan Explodes!!"
This will pop during the cut scene of Cell losing Android 18 and reverting to his second form.

Story related and can't be missed. This fight starts you off with yellow health vs Cell with green health. The fight can get pretty hard. The Easiest way I found was to guard and right after he completes his combo, use Kamehameha (,,,). Repeat.
