Once you've finished the game and completed the side quests to allow for Future Trunks to become playable again, simply travel back to the mission "Rumble with Raditz". As you approach the fight area, there is a large boulder between the village you fly over and raditz's ship. Dismount nimbus with down on the dpad and start boosting around in circles above the rock. 3-4 squads of level 2 robots will swam this rock.
As you keep circling the rock area, you'll get your 50 instant victories in about 10 minutes, they will constantly respawn and head to that rock, so you don't need to worry about hunting for them. Just circle the rock, but keep away from the Raditz mission area or you'll trigger the replay.

I managed to get it early with Piccolo, before you train Gohan. All enemies lvl3 and I reached level 8. If you 5 lvl above enemies you can instantly kill if you flying fast.

After the Namek Saga while in free roam you can get this pretty easily. I used Vegeta at lvl 33 with 2 support members. In the North part of the West City Map you can find a group of robots that respawns quickly. Just keep fluing back and forth running through them and after 50 you'll have your achievement.

the easiest way ive got this achievement is to play "A NEW POWER AWAKENS Part 2" in freeroam. all you have to do is boost while flying around the top-middle part of the map. there is alot of enemies around there.
