This Achievement is earned by performing a Super Finish which is achieved by using a Super Attack while in a Surge + a Transformation.
Example of an earliest attempt you could earn this is Surge + Kaioken + killing blow with a Kamehameha.
A Surge is when the meter on the right of your character is full and you charge your Ki while at Max.
Another easy moment to pull this off is when Super Saiyan Goku is fighting Frieza in the story battle (the first time). When Goku is in this form at this moment in the game his health isn't draining and his Surge is just auto on.
Just make the finishing blow a Kamehameha and you'll auto get it.
If you don't do it at this point just remember it's achieved by Surge + Transformation + Super Attack Finishing Blow.

Ok so I’ve just tried this out and failed. Fought against 3 villainous enemies (the red ones) saved one til last then I charged up (surge) transformed SS then hit’ em with a guided Kamehameha.
Was using Goku. I’ll keep trying.

That's weird.... I've noticed during story battles that characters that don't fall in battle but stand during the finish screen cannot be Super Finished
The villainous enemies though go down like the encounters on the field. I'm not sure why it wouldn't trigger. Try again on a normal enemy and if that doesn't work.....maybe it has to be the normal kamehameha .... which would be weird.

So I'm guessing the Kamehameha is the only way to get a super finish because I've tried this with everything except the Kamehameha and no achievement just saiyan

I got this as Goku fighting Semi-Perfect Cell, once you fill fire part on the right of your characters picture, press 
to activate surge, then transform to Super Saiyan with 
+
and use the Super Kamehamaha move.
I tried with different characters with different moves and didn't get it till i used this.

You can do this one any enemy during story mode or in the map.
To achieve this, you have to play Goku, Gohan (I wasn't able to do it with Vegeta or other), have super Saiyen abilities and unlock kamehameha (It didn't work for Masenko or spirit ball)
Once you are equipped, on the last enemy standing, hit the ennemy until almost reaching end of its life and ensure that your character gauge on the right side is full.
Once ready, charge your ki above the maximum of the gauge (press Triangle button (on playstation)), you will see animation of your character where he is super charging.
Then transform to Super Saiyen and lauch a Kamehameha against the ennemy until you kill him. You will see the super finish animation.
Tips: you can run several kamehameha if you were not able to kill on the 1st shot as long your super ki gauge is still active on the right.
This can be done after the main story completed.
