Your first brawl will be against an imagined form of Piccolo. As such, you will be training off of him to get used to the combat mechanics of the game. Circle will be your melee attacks, Square will be your Ki-attacks, and L3 will be your pursuit dash to close the distance between you and your enemy. Cross/X is used to sidestep, and combined with a direction, it allows you to jump a bit in distance, which is great when you're up close and you're wanting to avoid any attacks as best as you can from your enemy. Take this battle to learn the controls.
