The dragon balls will pop on your mini map during interlude missions.
The dragon ball icon will be on every location you need to go. Just travel here et get the dragon ball on the floor.
When you have the seven just summon Shenron in the menu by pressing the start button.
Once done, the dragon balls will pop again 20 minutes later.
Do it 5 times.
