How to unlock the Only the Finest achievement in DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT - Definitive Guide
The achievement description doesn't say that you're supposed to cook five different full-course meals, which is the actual requirement. The first full course meal is story-related and can't be missed, but the other four must be different recipes or the achievement won't unlock. Hopefully this solution saves someone from wasting time and ingredients on the same five meals and wondering if the achievement is bugged or not.

In Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, cooking is a feature that permits you to temporaly improve your characters strengths. Each food, can improve some statistic, helping you to face the hardest battle in the game. To cook meals, you need ingredients. They can be bought from local stores or found in free roam, by taking apples from trees, hunting animals, fishing or as a rewards for doing sub-missions or destroing items.
Once you found enough ingredients, you can cook meals in Goku's house or in local stores. Food can also be found as a reward, so it is good to destroy as many enemy objects as possible and to complete as many sub-mission as possible
In Goku's house, Chichi can cook for you Full-course meals. They're completed meals, that includes three courses and will give high boosts to your characters statistics.
To cook a full-course menu, you need recipes. They can be found scattered around the world by talking with some NPCs every time you see them talk about "recipes".
Once you have the recipes, before cooking the menu, you need the food. If you don't have them, just try to cook them with Chichi.
To make things easier, those are the steps to follow:
Once you eat 5 Full-course menus, you will get this trophy.
Note: There's no need to cook 5 different menus, they can be also the same one cooked for 5 times.

Full-course meals consist of three different individual meals (which you'll need to obtain on their own), and then you can present these to Chi-Chi inside Goku's house to turn them into a full-course meal. You'll also need to learn the recipe for the full-course meals first, and this has to be five different meals so you can't just repeat the same one five times. You will get your first meal given to you automatically during the story, including the ingredients, so you'll only need to do four more from the list found HERE. The video below shows all the locations of the NPCs that give the recipes. Some are missable during the story, but more than five are not so you can just grab them all after the story if you'd like. Use a few of your Shenron Dragon Ball wishes on "rare items" to get many of the meals required for this given to you. I did three wishes and was able to get the achievement after that.

These should be five complete and at the same time different lunches; it will not work to cook the simplest lunch five times in a row.
