Previously this achievement was glitched for me, previously it would have been missable but I have a workaround to the glitch to gain the glitched achievement.
Since the recent update the game allows players to use Trunks time machine in 'West City' which is next to the capsule corporation.
If the achievement glitch's on 1st playthrough you should be able to go back to a previous chapter and gain this achievement with the time machine at some point.
You need to talk to Doctor Briefs next to the time machine, select:
1) Chapter 1: Stop the Saiyans Invasion
2) Then select 'The Resistance' episode 7
Once the episode is complete it should send you back to the future, unlock your achievement. I suspect this work with other achievements relating to story quests if they have previously glitched.
Also using the new machine it can help you complete sub-story missions that you may have missed.

Just complete the first chapter of the game. Once the credits roll after the defeat of Vegeta, you will get this trophy.
