How to unlock the Dedicated Decorator achievement in DRAGON QUEST BUILDERS 2 - Definitive Guide

There are many variations of rooms that you can build to make the percentage go up. What I did after I was almost to the end of the story, is create a good size empty room, and they started rotating pieces of furniture to make it trigger blueprints. I used this handy room build guide and started at the top.

The rooms you had already built will have white font color. The ones you have the blueprint for, but didn't build will be grayed out.

As you build new types of rooms, they'll be recorded in the Builderpedia. You'll unlock plenty of these during the story, but a few additional rooms may be required. Villagers on the Isle of Awakening will give you hints about different types of rooms that they'd like, or you can refer to a guide to see the recipes for each room type.
