Despite looking like it would be just a "final battle", this chapter is as long as the others. The achievement will pop as soon as
During this chapter, you cannot return to any of the previous islands until finished. So, gather your best equipment and stock healing items. You can cook Vile Vines in Malhalla as healing items as well.
The chapter progresses as other do: follow the waypoints and talk to characters when prompted. There are building sections and village upgrading mechanics here as well.
The confusing parts for me were gathering ingredients. At some point you will be required to collect 5 Terrible Talons, 3 Humongous Horns, and 10 blocks of Scales. Gather some more. These items are used (can be stacked up to 9 in a batch) in the Forbidden Altar to craft usable materials for building.
Also note that there aren't fast travel points in this map, so please remind of returning to your vehicle everytime you progress in the quests so that you don't have to backtrack too much.
In the castle section after landing your flying car, follow the blue flames to know where to go. You can ignore the black enemies, just run past them.
In the final boss shoot'em up section, don't panic when your health is low, it is scripted and you will be healed several times during the battle.
A few cutscenes and lines of dialog after this achievement, you will also unlock the following final achievement for the story:

Story related and cannot be missed.
This is the final main story island, and is centred around saving monsters and building an ark. Simply follow the storyline and complete all the monster requests, eventually leaving the island, to unlock the trophy.
