The Golden Claws are in the basement of the Pyramid, which will be on the left side of the main entrance. If you open your map down there, you'll see four square corners on the right portion of the area. Go to the northwest one and examine the left statue to reveal a secret staircase.
On the next floor, it's a straight shot to the casket with the Golden Claws in them. Be warned that once you claim them, a "curse" will occur but all it really does is just increase the encounter rate exponentially until you leave the pyramid. Also keep in mind magic cannot be used while this curse is active. While you can do this on your first visit, it might be easier to come back when you've gained some more levels. I did it after getting the ship and had no issues.
Once you escape the pyramid, the achievement will unlock. I'm not 100% sure if you can use holy water or Evac but I doubt it. If someone can confirm this, that would be great.

If you are playing on Dracky difficulty, you can't die. You can get down to 1HP and keep taking attacks.
