How to unlock the Dedicated Follower of Fashion achievement in DRAGON QUEST XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide

This will likely be the last achievement you get in the game, as the final outfit requires you to beat a secret post-game boss. I'm going to list each outfit needed for each character, and do my best to tell you how to get them.

Hero

Cobblestone's Finest - In the post-game, after you've rebuilt Cobblestone, head to Hero's home and search the wardrobe there.

The Fugitive - Found in a wardrobe in the Gallopolis Church

The Savior of the Sands - Prize for winning the Gallopolis Silver Cup on Easy difficulty

The Drasilian - Crafted in the Fun-Sized Forge. Find the recipe book 'Dress Like a Drasilian' in the ruins of Dundrasil

Daddy's Boy - In Act III, go to The Warrior's Rest in and spend the night. You'll dream of Irwin (this will be the second time). Head back to the Dundrasil Ruins, beat the fight, and the armor will be in a chest

The Parade Participant - Story related, cannot be missed

The Luminary of Legend - Requires the items 'Erdwin's Coronet' and 'Erdwin's Tunic', both found in The Luminary's Trial in Act III

Hotto Stuff - Purchased in Hotto in Act II

The Trodain - Available from the start of the game. Go to Menu -> Misc. -> System Settings -> Claim Special Rewards to receive the Trodain Set

Erik

The Swindler/Spiky Swindler - In Puerto Valor, there is a chef in need of assistance. Helping him will grant you the 'Sweet Stuff for Swindlers' recipe book, from which you can craft this outfit

The Swindler King/Spiky Swindler King - In Act III, once you have the Ultimate Key, head back to the Heliodor Dungeons (can be accessed through the castle) and open the jail cells to find the recipe book 'King of the Swindlers'.

The Corsair/Coarse-Haired Corsair - Requires the Corsair's Cap and Corsair's Coat. The Cap is a drop from the Gyldygga fight in Act II, and the Coat can be acquired in the Nautica shop. (Note: In order to access the Nautica weapon shop, you need to have beaten Alizarin in the story. Once you have, go back to Nautica and talk to the Mermaid Queen to turn back into a fish)

The Pirate King/Prickly Pirate King - Requires the Pirate King's Cap and Pirate King's Coat. Once you're in Act III, head to Lonalulu and solve their problem:
This will get you the Cap. Once you've rebuilt Cobblestone in Act II, you can buy the coat from Derk's shop

The Stone-Cold Killer - Found on Insula Centralis (Head way North and use Lorelai's Harp to go inland. Find a dragon mount and fly to one of the small islands on the edge to snag the chest)

Serena

The Hip-Shaker - Buy The Dancer's Costume in the Gallopolis armor shop

The Light Fantastic - In Tickington, once you've finished the quest at Quester's Rest, buy the Divine Dancer's Costume for 52,000 gold

The Dotty Number - Find the 'All Things Nice' recipe book from the masked man near the entrance to Puerto Valor. (Note: in the second half of the game he's found on a balcony over the casino)

The Medal Maniac - Find the Uniforme de l'Academie. There are three of these in the world, but the easiest to obtain is for turning in 25 mini-medals at the academie (Note: You only need one uniform to unlock the outfit for all three ladies)

The Mega Medal Maniac - In Tickington, once you've finished the quest at Quester's Rest, buy the Uniforme Chic de l'Academie for 52,000 gold (Note: You only need one uniform to unlock the outfit for all three ladies)

The Saint - Crafted from the recipe book 'Sacred Styles for Saintly Ladies' which is found in a chest at The Battleground

The Sacred Sorceress - Crafted from the recipe book 'Gifts from the Goddess' which is found on Insula Incognita (due South from The Strand, since there's no freaking names on the map and you can't teleport to them)

The Serenica - Requires the items 'Serenica's Circlet', found in The Sage's Trial, and Serenica's Surplice, found in The Luminary's Trial

Skintight in Scarlet - Awarded for beating the 4th Page in the Altar of the Elusive Age (unlocked in Tickington after clearing all of the other tockle sidequests)

The Mischief-Maker - When you first get to Haven's Above and visit the elder watcher, three chests appear. One of the chests contains this outfit.

Edit: Tenkizuna pointed out that you also need the Ring of Changes for Serena. When completing Drustan's Trials, one of the wish options is something like "I wish I could change Serena's hairstyle. If you choose this option, you get the ring, which allows you to make her hair short again.

Veronica

The Kitty Cat - Requires the Cat Hat and Cat Suit. The hat can be bought at the Gondolia armor shop, and the suit can be bought from the two brothers in Gondolia (If you're walking in the door, head left to the stall for the first, and up the stairs from the second). Make sure you go back and forth between the two brothers to get the price down.

The Black Cat - In Tickington, once you've finished the quest at Quester's Rest, buy the Black Cat costume for 52,000 gold and the Black Cat Hat for 32,000 gold

The Piglet - Available from the start of the game. Go to Menu -> Misc. -> System Settings - Claim Special Rewards to receive the Baby Boar Set

The Spotty Sorceress - Find the 'All Things Nice' recipe book from the masked man near the entrance to Puerto Valor.

The Flapping Fairy - In Act III, head back to Octagonia.

After you finish that quest, find Sinderella and Whambelina in the casino to obtain this costume (Note: You need to talk to both fighters, each of them has a piece of the costume)

The High Priestess - Crafted using the book 'Eternal Elegance' which can be found in The Sage's Trial

The Goody Two-Shoes - When you first get to Haven's Above and visit the elder watcher, three chests appear. One of the chests contains this outfit.

Sylvando

The Head-Turner - Crafted using the book 'The Dapper Chap', which you get for completing the sidequest 'Skincare for the Fierce and Fabulous' in Octagonia

Even Suaver Sylv - In Act III, head back to Octagonia.
After this is complete, talk to Golden Boy on the stage to get the recipe book 'Dress to Impress'

The Parade Participant - Story related, cannot be missed

The Parade Master - At the End of Act I there is a side story with Sylvando. By recruiting all possible soldiers of smile, you get this outfit. If you miss it, can be bought at the Octagonia casino in Act II

The Superstar - Crafted from the book 'Glam Gear for Go-Getters' which is the reward for completing the 'Madame Labouche's Life Lesson' sidequest (Found at the mini medal academy)

The Stunner - Crafted using the book 'Glammer Gear for Go-Getters' which is obtained by turning in 90 mini medals

The Don - In Act III, head to Puerto Valor and talk to Don Rodrigo
After completing this, head back to Don Rodrigo's villa and talk to Servantes to get this outfit

Rab

The Sun Lord - Crafted from the book 'Kit Fit for a King' which is obtained by turning in 30 mini medals

The King of the World Tree - Crafted from the book 'What a Wonderful World Tree' which is found in The Sage's Trial

The Sun King - Crafted from the book 'Corking Kit for Kings' which is obtained by completing the third trial at the Wheel of Harma.

The Sun God - A bit of a pain to get. Crafted from the book 'A Guide to Godly Get-Up' which is a reward for beating the final trial in the Wheel of Harma in under 40 moves. If you're having trouble check out this reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/dragonquest/comments/9gh6j5/dqxi_wh.... (Not my solution, name of original author not present on Reddit)

The Grandest Master - When you find Rab in Act II on Mt. Pang Lai there is a chest next to him that contains this outfit

Jade

Jade has the most outfits in the game (gee I wonder why) and the most difficult one to obtain. Jade is the reason this will be the last achievement you get.

The Bunny - Requires the pieces 'Bunny Ears', 'Bunny Suit', and 'Fishnet Stockings'. The ears can be purchased in Gallopolis, but the suit and stockings need to be crafted using the recipe book 'Down the Rabbithole' which can be purchased from the Puerto Valor casino for 500 tokens

Edit: User Mandalore Great pointed out that you can also get the fishnet stockings in Heliodor, in the house just East of the church. You can find them in a wardrobe in said house.

The Hare-Raiser - This is it. This is the one you'll have nightmares about forever. To obtain this outfit, the Hare-Raising Suit, you need to defeat the secret boss 'Timewyrm and Timewyrm's Tail'. In order to unlock this boss, you must complete all of the Tickington side quests, including all the boss fights in the Altar of the Elusive Age.
This is easily the hardest fight in the game, so be prepared. Have your characters at level 99, get the best equipment you can, bring plenty of Elfin Elixers (Octagonia Casino) and Pep Pops (Rebuilt Cobblestone) and pray as hard as you can to the RNG gods. Good luck.

The Swimmer - Purchase the Scandalous Swimsuit at the Octagonia Casino for 70,000 tokens

The Slinky Swimmer - Purchase the Hot Bikini at the Octagonia Casino for 150,000 tokens

The Warrior Princess - Crafted from the book 'Pride of the Valkyries' found in the Fortress of Fear in Act II

The Minerva - Crafted from the book 'The Way of the War Goddess' which is at The Battleground, which you need the Ultimate Key to unlock

The Divine - Buy the Divine Bustier from the same brothers in Gondolia who sold the cat suit. Haggle with them until the price is 20,000 gold (from a nice cool 980,000 to start)

The Xenlon - Crafted from the book 'Shine On, Xenlon' which is awarded to the player for completing the fourth trial at the Wheel of Harma in under 20 moves

The Scarlet Slayer - Purchase the Battle Dress from the shop in Angri-La

Hendrick

The General - Crafted from the book 'General Directives', found in the Fortress of Fear

The Field Marshal - Crafted from the book 'Field Manual'. Head back to the Cryptic Crypt near Hotto in Act III after you've obtained the Ultimate Key

The Warrior King - Requires Drustan's Helm and Drustan's Armor. The helm is found in the Disciple's Trial, and the armor is found in the Luminary's Trial

The Heliodorian - Story-related, cannot be missed

The Unswerving Companion - At the start of Act III, after you've regained all your character levels and abilities, head back to Heliodor Castle. You'll find a maid freaking out about some spirit in the courtyard. Follow said spirit through a small questline culminating in a fight with ghost Jasper. Win the fight to get this armor set

One last thing! Getting every outfit for each character is an accolade in-game, which is a great indicator of your progress. This way you already know which characters you have all the outfits for. Happy hunting!

Elfin Elixers are easily obtained from the mini medal guy, after you complete 4 stamp books (110 medals) you can buy 1 Elixer per 3 medals, which is ridicious value knowing how quickly they can be stolen from enemies in the first Trial. The red shadow guys in the creepy crypt have them as a common drop, run around stealing medals for 30 minutes and you'll have more than enough elixers for this fight.

Saying that, I didn't have much luck with the Magic Burst, Elixer, Magic Burst, Elixer ect ect combo. Went with Hero, Hendrik, Serena and Veronica, 2 +3 Catholicon ring for all 8 members, so you need 16 rings but it's 100% worth it.

Hero goes between 50/50 between Sword Dance and Omniheal, Hendrik goes Immense Defense/Forbearance all day long, Serena for healing, reviving and buffing Hendrik, Serena (or Rab/Sylvando) to buff too. I found the shield that reflects spells to be super helpful too. Especially when Hendrik is the only one targeted, all the spells the Wyrm casts will be bounced back.

No point in casting too many buffs as the disruptive wave will remove everything anyway. Lot of RNG in this fight too, no matter how prepared you are you can still be nuked out within 2 turns if the game decides they want to screw you over. But as I read on other PS4 guides, the Magic Burst spam is probably the safest and fastest way to clear this monster. I just didn't have a lot of luck with it.

Yes, nothing is missable in this game. Just a matter of grinding it all out and beating that secret boss. The secret boss is EASILY the single worst part of the entire game. Kind of a shame that TWO achs are locked behind him because this is like the stupid trophy system on PS :/

Just managed to squeak a win out of it. Completely ran out of everything and had a couple hiccups along the way but got it done first try. Desperation Mighty Magic Burst finished off both at the same time after I had ran out of pep pops and I said YOLO lol Now to just forge all this nonsense and I'll be a happy 1k owner of this bad boy. 100 hour journey.

The Warrior Princess and Hotto Stuff are missable after Act 2

edit: Looks like you can replay any chapter in any act if you already completed it by switching to 2D/3D mode then selecting where to begin at

By KeeperOfLaw on 29 Dec 2020 02:10
You might add. If you miss "The Kitty Cat" you can buy the suit from the same shop as the hat in act 3. (1500g)

Also,

If you miss "The General" recipe in the Fortress, you can find it @ yggdrasil whale station (as well as any missed chests from the fortress)
0
0
By AriesLullaby on 29 Dec 2020 03:15
@ Keeper, nothing is missable and nothing needs to be replayed.

Warrior Princess shows up in a whale station if you miss it the first time around, it's the closest whale station near the fortress of fear.

Hotto stuff can be bought from the Hotto armor store after forging the super sword of light.

The Hotto shop doesn't sell Hotto Stuff and nothing in the armor shop has the outfit icon.

NOTE; I'm in Act 3. I just forgot to buy it when it became available in act 2. How do I get it now?

By Apostle92627 on 31 Dec 2020 03:25
Think it's called Wolf Armor, are you post game and crafted that sword of light with the orichalcum? Like give the guy at the armor shop the material and come back a few days later?

By Sera Di Siah on 31 Dec 2020 07:28
I have a Super Sword of Light, but I didn't craft it. Does this mean I get to dual wield Super Swords of Light? smile That would be so cool...

Also, I guess I get the Orichalcum from the spot I got it in the Battleground. A guide said Insula Centralis, but the Stone-Cold Killer was in that chest. I'm fine with this. wink

Also, I've yet to make it to Trial Isle.

By SteveyK21 on 31 Dec 2020 23:12
Yeah it's important to remember nothing is missable, there's always a mission or person that triggers that 'thing' you're missing. Like with the Hotto stuff / wolf armor, there's multiple things required for the shop to sell it if you miss it the first time around.

And yes you can dual wield sword of light, very powerful with Gigagash :)

This tickton garbage should not be in the game it’s bloody stupid that 2d bosses are harder then 3D. Then you have the shitty forge where it’s almost impossible to get a 5 star item +3. I wish they never released this crap on Xbox and hope they don’t release any more dragon quests games. The worst jrpg on Xbox one

By Goggs25 on 02 Jan 2021 01:31
Wow. What a salty post...
-> 3D bosses are harder than 2D ones.
Search some tuto on the internet to get +3 on 5* items. Only weapons and trinkets need to be +3.

that 3rd page of the last tickington book can be a pain, but it's not hard if you neutralize the status ailments. All of the other ones weren't hard if you were high enough level, I had 3 of my characters set to auto-fight for almost all of them.

That said I wanted to mention there are some good videos showing how to beat Timewyrm pretty easily. You still need the RNG to fall in your favor a lot, but it only took me 3 tries after watching a Hero, Erik, Sylv, Rab strategy. I ended the fight with Sylv, Veronica and Jade still alive. Magic Burst from Veronica and Sylv feeding her Elfin Elixirs. Good luck everyone!

All my characters are level 99 apart from skills you stats are are a load of crap at level 99 you can’t even get over a 1000 health by level ing up. As for the shitty forge. I normally use triple bash and heat forge but since it’s a 5 star item I’m creating the bar goes up slowly in most cases I run out of focus because of the scumbag programmers could come up with a better way to upgrade weapons.

0
By Goggs25 on 02 Jan 2021 19:07
You need to use sizzly puff for crafting +3 equipment. You can literally raise the temperature to 2200-2500 then you only need to bash a few times to fill the bar. Abuse the guaranteed crit, on things like shields that are a 2x2 you can crit your quadrabash to guarantee the +3. It's easy if you know what to do.

@Lordsmorc your method works for the most part making catholicon +3 can be done 1 or 2 attempts other stuff are taken 3 or 4 attempts which is still quicker then I was doing it. Just need to farm some more red wood for 3 more rings then I will try that bosses again.

Don't you need Hendrik alternative costumes for the achievement? Just finishing off Jade, that final boss was fun 😄

By Quisty on 04 Jan 2021 13:12
Would have nice to be told that you are forced to fight 4 bosses back to back in the hall of remembrance level 3. Also those rings are only good if the enemies don’t use Beguled if they do u miss a turn. Also how do you haggle for jade divine outfit when the only two options I have is yes or no it won’t let me haggle
0
0
By Goggs25 on 05 Jan 2021 07:24
The rings are good as they 100% prevent sleep, confusion, poison, bedazzled and turn skip. Though you need 2 +3 rings for the 100% buff as 1 ring is just 50%. They don't prevent every ailment but it's still an OP accessory.

For the 3rd remembrance fight, Magic burst and gigagash will annihilate the first group, and well just Gigagash the 2nd bunch until 1 remains and then you sword dance the rest. Some kabuff and magic barrier in between, easy peasy :)

For the haggle, there's 2 Brothers. You talk to one, then the other one then the first one, the price drops every time. The 2nd brother is up the stairs near the Harbour

You can get Hotto Stuff when you forge the Sword of Light in Act III. That really should be mentioned in the solution since there's a lot of confusion in regards to that.

But, anyway, I'm at the secret boss. I'm gonna try fighting it tomorrow because the four secret bosses in Tickington wore me out. I have no idea how I won the last three fights, honestly. The second one had most of my characters unable to move, but I didn't really prepare for it. Not sure how Serena got paralyzed right away since she's using the weapon that prevents status ailments at +3.

All that said, what tips do you guys have for the Timewyrm? NOTE; I'm going in with 20+ Pep Pops and 40+ Elfin Elixers.

By Apostle92627 on 07 Jan 2021 02:00
Yeah general reminder you want 2 +3 Catholicon rings for everyone. Hendrik, Hero, Veronica (Magic Burst, then switch to Sylvando) and Serena is the bread and butter for most bosses :)

I only just saw that old part about any tips, but congrats on the completion! Overall, how do you like the game? There's a Japanese stack if you're interested in doing it twice ;)

By cdrw1987 on 11 Jan 2021 12:30
None of it is missable, but how you get The Kitty Cat for Veronica changes if you move too far on in the story (I think it's once you're in Act III, though I'm not sure). There comes a point where the Gondolia brothers won't sell you the Kitty Cat suit, they'll only sell you The Divine (Jade's costume). If this happens to you you can buy the suit from the same place you buy the hat (Gondolia armor shop) so it's all obtainable even in Act III.

While the effort here is appreciated, for collectible quests why you chose to list the items by character and not location is bewildering (unless this is essentially a cut and paste); you list the exact same outfit under diff characters names multiple times and, far worse, the exact same location multiple times. Again thanks for the effort, but yikes it's unnecessarily messy.

That being said, since I didn't start writing this until after I'd gotten the last outfit, I wrote based on the outfit list in the character screen. I personally feel that writing per location would be more confusing than the way it is now

The way the list is now is perfect I think. I dare say 9/10 outfits are obtained easily through the story and checking stores and stuff. A list like this is great when you just miss a few and have to check which ones you're missing + it goes by the in-game list... if this had 30 missable outfits then sure go for the location based walkthough list, but nothing is missable so yeah :)

FYI, if you miss the armor for Hotto Stuff in Act II, it's not immediately available in Hotto in Act III. You need to complete the Hotto quest in Act III / get the Crucible Key before the armor shop stocks it.

For what it's worth, I think this is by far the best way to organize this guide. It's very easy to go down the list and check off each character. If they were organized by zone, it would be extremely hard to find that last one you are missing. Most of these come through normal play -- there's no reason to have them organized by location.

A+ guide.

If people are struggling to get the Jade outfit from the final boss (which is completely understandable). There is a much easier way to do so using 2D mode.
Collect all other costumes available first (this is important as you cannot switch back).
Switch to 2D mode and chapter select to the chapter just after the Party splits up after the events of Yggdrasil. You will know it is correct as you will end up starting with the scene of the Luminary as a boy talking to his mum. Then falling into the water.
From here you will play as Slyvando, simply play through this section to gain control of Jade.
After doing this you can just play through as Jade until the point where you are given the Hare Raiser costume as part of the story and the achievement will unlock as long as you have all other costumes.

I hope this helps some people.

I can confirm that Aj Hedgehog's tip works. The chapter is "A Dark New World" and while it throws you off playing in 2D, its pretty quick getting back to Jade's part of the intermission and getting the outfit. Once you've agreed to wear the bunny suit and get pulled into limbo you'll get both the accolade for getting all of Jade's outfits and then the one for getting all outfits and achievement unlocked.

Got the timewyrm on my 2nd try with... 118 actions. Didnt had any catholicon rings or 999strength build. Luckily hendrick has kerplunk (2 times he revived 6 members). Only dealt DMG with luminary/veronica and others to heal and MP stuff.

Just to make sure: Can I go back to my endgame 3D save after switching to 2D with chapter select or will I be stuck at the beginning of act 2 again?

Im not sure Hieronimus. But you could always make a few backup saves. However, to get the achievement Living Legend you will need to get all other achievements on a single save file. I would recommend to you to finish everything else and then switch to 2D mode to only get the outfit.

Besides just that all of you know, your characters will stay on their level, meaning you can easily sail through the 2D chapter with an 99 level Sylvando.

what i did was complete all other achievements, and complete all customes, and had all of Jades except the final custome, went to 2D mode, did the chapter, both final achievements unlocked.

2D mode is definitely the best way to get the final costume, only takes about 15 mins to run through Sylvando's section.

Don't bother beating the boss. As mentioned above, get all the other achievement's and costumes first and then go to a church and switch to 2D mode. Choose to start on the chapter "A Dark New World". Play though Sylvs interlude then go through Jades and you'll get the costume and achievement.

After beating A dark new world (2D) and Jades, Eriks and Heros story in 2D this still hasn't popped for me. Even when looking through my accolades to see that i do in-fact have all Jades outfits. I'll try again tonight and see if it pops. I know i had some issues with the Tinkerton achievement popping- days after i had completed them all. Edit: Update- it popped when i logged in on the 2D mode shortly after starting Erik's personal quest¬! Huzzah.

I certainly wish I'd known about this workaround before beating the Timewyrm, definitely would've skipped it. Great tip though 👍

A small correction:
"Skintight in Scarlet - Awarded for beating the 4th Page in the Altar of the Elusive Age"

You get this for beating the 3rd page.

The outfits at the Quester's Rest in Tickington specifically require the Cold Comfort quest to be completed.

As of april 2024, can confirm Aj Hedgehog's solution still works (tested on PS4 version), thanks mate! It was my last outfit, switched to 2D on a priest, select "A dark new world", followed ingame tips/walkthrough (Y/Triangle), took me about 30 minutes.

I highly recommend using the jackpot strategy of 12 and 14 betting to win enough casino tokens to buy a ton of elfin elixers. They're 10,000 a bottle but a jackpot gives a million. And then steal Devilry Drinkers from the hoop enemies at the First Forest Whale Way station to sell for 30,000 each. Then buy as many pep pops as you can. If you go in pepped try to use Yggdragon's Blessing Pep Power to be basically invulnerable for a turn or two. Best of luck

Crafting the fishnet stockings is not the only way to get them. I already got them back when I first visited Heliodor when I found them in a chest of drawers in a house entered via the chimney.

The General - Crafted from the book 'General Directives', found in the Fortress of Fear --- Am i correct to assume this is missable? I am going through all the outfits now, and I am nearly 100% done of the game; I do not own this outfit.

@ Crescent, are you level 99 with the best armor and 2 +3 Catholicon rings for everyone? Party should be Hendrik, Hero, Veronica (magic burst 1st round then switch for Sylvando, and Serena. Hendrik could go immense defense / forbearance or if you're feeling lucky attack with him too with the 16MP 4 hit Gyrfalcon slash. Hendrik can also occasionally cast magic barrier and kabuff.

Hero gigagash or sword dance with 1 enemy left.

Sylvando the 70HP dance when you need healing but Oomph for Hero and perhaps accelerate has priority.

Serena as main healer and also casting buffs throughout.

Good luck, especially with Hendrik and Hero both attacking it's not that bad :)

I mean crafting to +3 isn't difficult, heat the forge +300 twice. Multibash until 1 of the bars is close. Normal or triple bash the rest, then half power bash to get it perfect. And the 1 time special... hephaestus flame? is a guaranteed crit, so a guaranteed perfect if it's close to the end. I hope that makes sense.

For the 2D mode, you just gotta be aggresive. Magic Burst with Veronica, only do 1 or 2 buffs and go Oomph on Hero and Hendrik. Being level 99 is a bit of a requirement too :)

Seeing some of the dross you've played surely Dragon Quest can't be that bad haha

Good Lord, that was hard. While managed to I finish the battle on my first try, I almost had a full party wipe twice in the third phase because of Disruptive Wave. I had to change up my party twice and even had to have Hendrick tragically use Kerplunk, which fortunately also brings standby team members back to life (Veronica, Erik and Sylvando).

I only put Catholicon Rings (2 each obviously) on my starting lineup, so I got lucky since none of my backups for the fight ended up impaired. Fortunately, my hero lasted the entire fight or I would've been screwed, since I only gave Pep Pops to him.

But, yeah, 1,000/1,000. First Super Boss I've defeated in a turn based game.

Switch Xbox console region to Japan, it will automatically reboot, search the store for Dragon and it will show up, possibly as ドラゴン or search Dragon Quest which might show up as ドラゴンクエスト. Either way you will easily find the stack version, keep in mind the game is 100% Japanese, the menus and stuff can be difficult if you don't speak the language. You can switch cutscene voices to English but it doesn't help much.

Edit: I just saw you said game pass for PC... You can copy paste the Katakana above and search on the Microsoft store, or try these, I'm not 100% sure I'm on mobile right now and can't check.

(I'm pretty sure this 2nd one works)
