In Act III, after you beat

you have the ability to make a wish. Choose the wish to spend eternity with someone.

Now head back to Cobblestone

and speak to your special someone. When they ask if you want to go to bed, choose 'No' and offer to go on a walk instead. Go with them to the top of Cobblestone Tor and boom achievement unlocked!

Thanks! The guide I was using just said to sleep with her. That definitely didn't work. This did the trick though!

So is this missable? I chose something else and missed the chance to pick that. Next time I tried to choose that it told me that I couldn't.

Neoseeker goes Sword of Light for the first trial, Black Cup for the second, and Magic Moments achievement for the third.

You can get all five wishes. Before you can get the fourth and fifth wish, you have to complete every trial, each trial getting you one of the first three, then you can replay the old ones, though they have different bosses, for the other wishes. You can't do the same trial over and over at first.

I chose the sleep option, then talked to her again for a walk, went to the top of Tor and went through cutscene. After that the accolade The Perfect Partner popped - and so did the achievement.
It looks like you can talk to Gemma any time and go for a walk and pop this, so I dont think missable.
After completing - I talked to Gemma again back in the house, and she added a few extra lines, but gave the option of going for a walk again.
