Sounds like this does not need to be 25 unique pep powers then? I saw I got an in-game accolade for performing them in general 10 times, so was hoping the achievement worked in the same way.

Makes alot of sense if it works that way I only think it does cause I used a majority of the same team and not 25 different peps when it popped for me. it did seem pretty easy to get regardless thanks for the input :)

Yeah you could do 25 of the same Pep Powers and get this. I mostly burned through these as soon as they came up except where I needed a specific Pep for a sidequest (I finally wasted a Pep Pop for that stupid one in Gallopia). I got it somewhere during Octogomaria.
