How to unlock the Saviour of the Tockles' Scriptures achievement in DRAGON QUEST XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide
You have to complete all 29 quests in Tickington to earn this achievement. You will gain access to Tickington once you have reached the Gallopolis checkpoint in act 1. Once you reach this area you will be introduced to Tickington. In Tickington there is the Echo Chamber, here are ten altars with books on them to gain access to different worlds where you can do the quests. To access these worlds you need to find Tockles accross Erdrea which will give you pastwords. There are 25 Tockles in total. I found most of them through natural progression but used rpgsite's guide to find the remaining Tockles I missed. In game when you press "Y > Misc > Info > Pastwords" you can see which ones you are missing.
I also found this guide over on gamespot for all the quests in Tickington. If you are ever stuck on a quest you could use this guide for reference. Some worlds and quests might still have the grey question marks after finding all the Tockles. Those worlds and quests will become available once you have completed certain quests and objectives in Tickington.
Note: You can't earn this achievement untill postgame (act 3). After you have defeated
The quest "Curse Got Your Tongue?" can only be completed after that event. All the other 28 quests can be completed before this event.

All they all pretty short? I just did the first tutorial one but god i hated it, it's soooo slow and random battles every 2 steps, shows how far we've come.

Most of the quests are relatively short but a few can be long and tedious from time to time. If you want you can always flee from the random battles in Tickington, this worked for me most of the time as well to make it a bit quicker and if I didn't feel like fighting.
