After you have learned heal at level 5 and have teamed up with Erik, open up the quick menu with 
and then hit 
to use your heal. When doing this while your main hero and Erik are at full health you'll get a notice saying 'Nothing happens---everyone's as fit as a fiddle already!" and the achievement will pop!
*edit* According to Boost17 pressing the quick buttons doesn't always work, so you can also press, scroll over to 'Misc." - then press 'Handy Heal All' and it should work then.

Didn't work for me until I used the menu to switch to Misc and use Handy Heal All.

When your party is already at full health, use Handy heal (go to the menu, then under misc) and this achievement should pop

I realize this guide is simplistic, but why thumbs down if it tells you exactly what to do? If the writer isn't told what is missing, then the guide cannot be improved.
My guess is not mentioning how to get to the Handy Heal All command - just in case you wanna add that.
