The Dragon's Dogma sword can be bought from the Dragonforged at the Seafloor Shrine in the unmoored world for 110 wyrmslife crystals.
The unmoored world is the endgame area you reach if you climb to the heart of the dragon as he is taking you to where he wants to fight you and use the godsbane blade to sacrifice yourself.

You do not have to wait for NG+ for this as the other guide suggests.

When you reach the Post-Game/Unmoored World return to where you met the Dragonforged during the main quest. He sells Dragons Dogma, a sword, for 110 Wyrmslife crystals. You can get these by killing drakes and wyverns across the world, and you're guaranteed at least 30 each time you beat one of the red pillars of light bosses in the post-game.
