During the main quest, The Gardian Gigantus, quickly approach the giant while it is still in the water and fire the Unmaking Arrow at it. If Gigantus drops its spear, you did it correctly. Follow the giant until it collapses in front of the settlement and the achievement or trophy will them pop.
Continue the endgame story until you ride on the dragon. Stay on the dragon’s back, and don’t pay attention to the sound of the beating heart. When you reach the city and the throne room, approach and sit on the throne. Then, remain there until the Peace achievement/trophy unlocks at the end of the credits.
Then, speak to him again among the people in the throne room. Once you reach the unmoored world, the achievement or trophy will pop.
Tips: When you reach the unmoored world, you will be on a tight timeline. Try to avoid resting, since you will lose too much time. Fast travel as often as possible to skip traveling around the world.

Then, speak with Doireann and she will lead you to her father. Continue the conversation until you receive the seedling.
Head outside the camp and approach Gigantus to re-activate it. Watch the fight between Gigantus and 2 bosses. Once the 2nd boss drops, you can move on.
At this point, the time crunch has been avoided. But, you can still quickly finish the remaining achievements and trophies in the game.
If you haven’t already done so, speak with Menella near the oxcart station. She will ask you to help setting disagreements among the people. It doesn’t matter what methods you use as long as all 4 disputes are dealt with. Return to Menella and she will send you to the empress. Talking with Empress Nadinia will complete the quest.
If you didn't previously buy the Dragon's Dogma, purchase it now from The Dragonforged.
Once you are down to just Closure and The True Arisen, go ahead and interact with the final red beam in the Seafloor Shrine. During the credits, you will end up on the back of the large dragon. You need to take control and work your way toward the glowing spot near its head. So, be ready to take control. As you approach its midsection, crystals will start popping out of its scales and you will get knocked onto the left wing.
Warning: If you completely get knocked off the dragon, quickly close the app and reload the game.
Traverse the wing while watching the head. When it spews fire, hide behind part of the wing structure to avoid catching fire. After you make it to the spot, the final cutscene will play.
