When 2 of your pawns get downed in battle just pick one of them up with RT and place them next to the other downed pawn. Now just hold B to revive them. Achievement unlocked.

A way to cheese this if you're later in the game and have a hard time getting two of your pawns downed at the same time is to go to a high cliff (not by water). Pick up and toss your teammates over the edge. They should get downed. Quickly run down to the bottom of the cliff and revive them.
