I was able to collect 80 tokens in North parts of the map without progressing the story too much:
(1-13) Borderwatch Outpost vicinity & Melve
(14-52) Vermund NE areas
(53-66) Vernworth castle
(67-104) Vermund N areas (towards Sacred Arbor)
(105-143) Vermund W areas (towards Rest Town)
(144-221) Battahl
(222-240) Volcanic Island
All Seeker’s Tokens have been ordered in groups located close to each other so you don’t have to jump around the map.
I hope you will find it useful.

There are 240 Seeker's Tokens spread around the map. Since you only need 80 there are some tips you can use to collect them along the way without any guides.
First of all an important note:
Remember the location of the first token you ever pick up in your playthrough. Take a screenshot of the map if you need to. You will need to get back to this spot for a riddle solution later in the game if you are going for the 100% and it can be tedious if you don't remember it hours later.
Tokens can usuably be found in similar places. Outside they will generally be away from the main paths especially high up on the mountains, on coasts of rivers and lakes, on high towers or on top of broken ruins. They usually require some platforming so it is recommended to use the float abilty of the sorcerer or mage. In the night they glow and have a slight mist on top of them, so you might spot them easier. In the city they are hidden a little harder like in springs, on rooftops, in the sewers, etc.
There are items and augments in the game that help you locate the tokens. An augement you can unlock with the trickster class will give you an audio and visual clue when you get close to it, which will guarantee that you can collect them along the way. The sound will get louder the closer you get so it is easy to spot them, especially if you have a 3D audio setup. Once unlocked, the augment can be equipped on every other class.
Since a lot of video guides and maps online are very incomplete at the moment I wouldn't bother seeking them out and just try to collect them along the way to save some time.
