The "Servitude" achievement is easy to miss.
When facing the Seneschal at the end of the game... lose a battle. After the abbreviated credits roll, the achievement will pop. A "Retry" screen will appear.
For all his flash and words, the Seneschal isn't especially difficult to defeat. Using a "godsbane" dagger (on your Arisen) will accomplish this, if needed.

Loosing the battle doesnt pop this achievement for me.

For this achievement, you must die at any point during the fight with the Seneschal at the end of the game. You can die during the first or second phases (when it's a 1v1 fight) or during the final phase (2v2). You'll get another false ending and a game over screen.
