If you want to earn this achievement the intended way, you can simply wait until June 19th and start a new game and the achievement will pop.
However, there is a way to earn the achievement without having to wait until that specific day thanks to changing the date settings on your pc.
- Go to where the time/date is displayed on the bottom right of your desktop screen in the taskbar and right click on the time/date and click on the option "adjust time/date."
- Click the option that says "Change date and time". The year shouldn't matter but I used June 19, 2020. Press OK.
- Now play Dragon's Lair. Select "Play Game" and then "Start a new game". Just play a few secons and the achievement will pop.

Also note that the time/date stamp of the achievement will be the actual day you earned the achievement and NOT June 19th
