Some weapons you find will have Brave Skills attached to them. You can sometimes find one very early in the game, though since things are randomised, you can either get lucky or get it on a lower floor. I got mine as early as floor B6F of the first dungeon.
Whether or not an item has a Brave Skill can be checked in the item description from your inventory. A symbol of a heart with a number inside of it will tell you how many Brave counters you need to have in order to activate that ability. You build up Brave counters by attacking an enemy whilst you are not being surrounded by walls of any kind. Rack up enough of the Brave counters and unleash the skill in order to unlock this achievement.
