Right after you finish the starting tutorial floors, you will come to a kind of hub where a white ghost who wants to be called Keeper is clearly visible (and almost certainly unmissable). Speak with him and then continue down the stairs towards your first actual dungeon, your achievement should pop immediately afterwards.
