Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen

I realize that this cheevo MAY be self explanatory, but I just want to tell you the FASTEST way to get this achievement....

Once you get your main pawn at the Encampment......get both of you to level 10, by doing side quests or killing hostiles.....now, head back to Cassardis......rest at the inn till nightfall and head to the pier to meet Olra, once you get to the island see her to your left, and choose "change skills/Vocation", change your pawn to whatever you'd like and bamm!! Cheevo popped!!! If you change your vocation as well you will get Human Resources as well!!!!

Update 12/20/17: I totally forgot to mention this but you MAY have to at least accept Mercedes' quest to meet her at the Mountain Waycastle before Olra spawns at the docks, just a heads up!! You don't actually have to go to the Mountain Waycastle yet, just having the quest in your quest log is fine!!!
