How to unlock the Local Recruit achievement in Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen - Definitive Guide

Hey everyone, just a quick guide for unlocking these achievements. For these two achievements, all you need to do is hire a pawn from the overworld for local, and a pawn from the rift via a riftstone for Foreign. This can be done pretty early on, and you end up needing to hire several pawns for an achievement anyway, but I thought I'd show you a quick way to get them both done. Hope it helps!

You get this achievement by recruiting a pawn OUTSIDE of the rift, earliest place you can get this is in the Encampment.........

You will come across pawns right in the game world, you just need to talk to one and hire him to your squad.
