Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen

From the wikia-page:

- Enlist pawns for a total of 70 times and the achievement will unlock.
- Local Recruits and/or Pawns summoned through the Rift will both count.
- Players who wish to work up this achievement/trophy quickly can go to the Options menu and select "Offline Mode". Subsequently hiring and firing offline pawns within the Rift proceeds much more quickly than hiring and firing online pawns since the gift and rating steps are omitted.
- Players can enlist the same pawn multiple times and it will count toward the achievement/trophy. A player can stand outside the pawn guild or inside the Rift and speak to the same two pawns, repeatedly swapping them out with each other until it unlocks.
- This achievement/trophy can be tracked by going to the History tab on the pause menu and reviewing statistics on the last page.
- This achievement/trophy is cumulative across all subsequent playthroughs.
