Notice boards are located in six locations in Gransys and three additional locations in the Bitterblack Isle DLC.
At the start of the game you'll be in Pablo's Inn; directly across the desk from Pablo is the first board. You'll be sent to the Encampment as the first location outside Cassardis, wherein you'll find your second board.
Upon entering Gran Soren you'll be directed to Union Inn on your first step to learning more about Pawns, and you'll find a third notice board here. In the Pawn Guild you'll find two notice boards: one upstairs and a second downstairs (that only gives the From a Different Sky quests). The sixth and final Gransys notice board is in Arsmith's Alehouse on the right down the short corridor to the back of the establishment.
The first Bitterblack Isle notice board is located immediately behind Olra and visible immediately after she brings you to the island. The last two boards are located in the "safe zone" locations where you'll find Barroch and a respite from the monsters.
To get this achievement, just complete 50 quests from any of the boards. To see how many notice board quests you've completed, from the Pause Menu choose "History" and navigate to the Adventure Log; scroll down to "Quests" and "Notice Board Quests Completed" will be listed. The item "Total Notice Board Quests Completed" is the count of notice board quests completed across all plays-through.
